I’ve lost my images. Can you send them again?

Within a year of the shoot, I am happy to re-send your image link. Outside of one year, there is a fee associated with replacement.


Do you travel?

Absolutely! I’ll travel anywhere and would be happy to discuss building travel into your shoot rate.


When can I expect my images and how many will I get?

This will depend on the length of the shoot and can range from three days to two weeks. These details are provided on my rate card.

I don’t provide a set number of images, but I promise to give you the best images from our time together.


How much do you charge?

I charge an hourly rate, with post-production included. I have a rate card that I would be happy to provide to you upon request. For all product inquiries, or project based work, please reach out to me directly.


Will you shoot video?

At this time, I provide still photography services only. Should you require videography services, you will need to schedule those separately.


How does payment work?

Upon booking, you will receive a contract and invoice. Upon receipt of the invoice, half of the cost of the shoot is required to hold your date. This deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot date. The remaining amount is due the day of your shoot, before the shoot takes place. Payment can be made via cash, PayPal or e-transfer.


Where do you shoot?

Everywhere! I’m happy to do a studio set up in your home, or at a pre-determined location. I shoot outdoors, as well as in my own home studio, which you are also welcome to book.

What can I use my images for?

You can use your images for person and business use (printing, digital display, social media, websites, print material, etc.) Please get in touch with me for strictly commercial inquiries, or large scale advertising needs. Please let me know if you require a certain resolution or photo file type prior to our shoot.


What if an emergency comes up and I have to cancel the shoot?

These things happen. If you need to cancel last minute for a reason outside of your control, please get in touch with me directly as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it. I will do my best to find us an alternative shoot time.

If an emergency should come up on my end, I will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of having your deposit returned to you, or a rescheduled shoot date at a discounted rate.


What if I’m sick the day of our shoot - do I cancel?

If you’re feeling under the weather, please reach out to me and I would be happy to reschedule. I am immune compromised and really appreciate your honesty regarding illness or potential illness. There is no penalty for cancelling due to illness.

If I am ill, I will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of having your deposit returned to you, or a rescheduled shoot date at a discounted rate (if the cancellation is within 24 hours). Your health and the health of your family is very important to me.


Can we meet ahead of time?

I am not able to meet in person ahead of time, but I am happy to schedule a phone call or video call before your shoot. If meeting in person ahead of time is necessary to discuss shoot details, we can build that time into your quotation.
